Malware & virus removal & repair

We've all seen it at some time, your computer slows down to a halt, pop-ups everywhere, and you can't get your work done.

We will remove the viruses and malware that are choking your computers performance using a cocktail of tools that will not only remove the problems and restore your computers functionality, but we will do this without loosing your valuable data in most cases. 

After we've resolved the issues, we'll recommend and install software that will help prevent the problems from coming back.

Data recovery

A hard drive crash or files deleted from everything including the desktop Trash can be one of the most trying of computer experiences, especially if you don't have a good backup. We understand that loosing your data is not an option in most cases. 

If your computer won't boot or is giving you the message "No valid boot device" give us a call! If the hard drive still spins there is a good chance that we can retrieve most or all of your data which we can then put it back on another computer or your repaired computer. If the drive has failed mechanically, we can recommend a service to get your data back.

For "permanently" deleted files, we have software that allows us to go in and retrieve part or all of the data that has been deleted.

Regular Joe's Managed Services will monitor your computers to make sure they are running right, and proactively catch issues that may turn into problems if left unattended. Our monitoring service will make sure that Windows is updated regularly along with 37 widely used programs such as Adobe Acrobat Reader, most common web browsers, and iTunes just to name a few.

Our monitoring service will alert us to the following problems so that we can address them before they get worse:

• Windows Blue Screen of Death
• Hard drive capacity 
• Application crashes
• Device Manager issues
• Disk fragmentation
• Hard drive health
• Firewall installed

We also make sure that anti-virus is installed on each computer. We can install and monitor Emsisoft Anti-Malware and Anti-virus for an additional low monthly fee per computer.
